I am Siddarth Surii — and one belief drives everything I do: the best decisions in life, like the best investments, are made with a calm mind and a long horizon.

My journey over eight years hasn't been straight. It moved through entrepreneurship, business strategy, and eventually into a deep, focused engagement with financial markets, investing, and risk. Early on I became fascinated by something simple but profound: how capital flows, how decisions compound, and how disciplined thinking quietly separates progress from noise. That fascination never left. It only grew sharper.

That curiosity became real work — portfolio strategy, research, capital allocation, risk assessment — not as concepts, but as daily practice with real stakes and real consequences. Over time, I developed a genuine obsession with market behaviour and structured decision-making, and realised that most people get investing wrong not because of knowledge, but because of psychology, patience, and process.

Academically, an MBA in Finance laid the foundation. Global certifications across financial markets, investment banking, fintech, and risk management sharpened specific edges. And currently, the Executive Programme in Investment Banking & Capital Markets at IIM Calcutta is pushing that understanding further — bridging theory with the kind of structured real-world application that markets demand.

When COVID hit, I co-founded the KDAM Foundation to support humanitarian relief on the ground — because capital carries responsibility, and impact always matters.
